Testing International, an official publication of the International Test Commission (ITC), is published twice a year. Testing International is intended to enhance communication about psychological and educational testing. Scholars and practitioners from various parts of the world write about recent developments in psychological and educational assessment.

This website starts with Volume 9. As of Volume 11, Number 2, this publication was renamed Testing International. In addition to being mailed to members throughout the world, Testing International is freely distributed on the web by the ITC. Therefore please feel free to duplicate copies and let others know that it is available on the web.

The International Test Commission (ITC) consists of national organizations involved in the area of psychological assessment, psychologists involved in the development and/or use of tests, and commercial test publishers. The goal of the ITC is to facilitate the exchange of information regarding the development and use of assessment tools among its members. Thus, the ITC organizes international meetings, disseminates information about tests and testing through Testing International  and the International Journal of Testing, and stimulates international cooperation for research projects relevant to appropriate test use.

On this website, the Testing International is available in PDF format. This format for sharing files on the internet is nearly platform independent and the Adobe Acrobat Reader is available free of charge.
